From our hot desking solutions to our designated offices and meeting rooms, we offer a whole host of business services including telephone answering, mail handling, storage solutions and PA services. The Offices
We have a broad range of sizable offices and desks to suit each individual business’ needs. Offices are available for 1 year or on shorter more flexible licences. Our offices provide businesses with a permanent address. They are also left unbranded giving you the option to impress clients, marking an office as your own, by decorating with your company logo, signage and colours. Regardless of the duration of your stay we can offer you the following additional services:
Secretarial Support
Production of letters onto your company letterheads, word processing, audio transcription, data entry, document binding, photocopying and courier services.
Stationery
We have a range of stationery and I.T accessories on site for businesses to purchase as and when required.
Mail handling and Distribution:
We have postage facilities on site whereby we can sort and distribute incoming post and send mail out on behalf of each business.
Storage
All our occupiers will be offered secure storage which will be on site and they will each be given their own keys to access it.
Telephone answering service
Our telephone answering service allows us to answer calls for our clients in their company name, acting as a main port of call for their business. We will be able to take messages or transfer calls directly to our client, their voicemail or mobile.
Our telephone answering service will mean that our clients will no longer need to compromise on situations such as an overflow of calls and calls always going to answer phone. Not only will our telephone answering service reduce office space constraints, but it will also promote an image of a larger, more established company.
Breakout space
Available to all of 'The Offices' tenants at Barton Arcade, is our new roof terrace. A great informal meeting place or just somewhere to get away from the office grind for 10 minutes.
